Information for Cooperation

Dear Sir/ Madam,

HU plans to operate 8 North American scheduled passenger routes in 2023. If you are interested in cooperating with us and would like to be our GSA or CSA in these regions, please kindly see the information you may need as below, and also please provide your relevant documents to us.

Flight Information

A. Flight plan and Estimated Available Payloa

The actual available payload shall be based on the actual flight.

Required Information and Documents

A. Company profile, including but not limited to:

Please make sure to provide the following information as detailed as possible, which is an important basis for our evaluation and selection. Meanwhile, based on the principle of honest cooperation, please ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents provided.

Required information	Feedback
1. Company introduction, established time, scale, organizational structure, available services, sales plan and other related info.	Please provide Company profile
2. Please indicate whether your company's head office, subsidiaries, or equity holding companies have cooperated with HNA in the past. If yes, please list the company name, cooperation time, cooperation scope and other information.
3. Whether you have experience as a GSA of other airlines or charter business. If yes, please list all airlines, routes, time and other information.
4. List the names of all Global agents and local agents cooperating in 2022.
5. The total tonnage you have carried in the past four years from the sales area (USA and Canada) to CHINA.	In 2019：XXX tons In 2020：XXX tons In 2021：XXX tons In 2022：XXX tons
6. Whether there are offices and staff, list number of staff in the sales area(USA and Canada), and list the offices in the world
7. Whether there is CASS settlement qualification in the sales area
8. Whether there is cooperation experience and good communication with local GHA

B. IATA certificate, other GSA/CSA qualification applicable to the requirements of the country where you are located, DGR certificates of two staffs at least, Certificate of Job Training Related to Air Cargo Transport, and other relevant qualification certificates.

C. Copy of the company business license.

D. Fill in the CSA COMPANY INFORMATION (see attachment in email).

Quotation

There is no limit to the cooperative quotation mode:

A.      GSA, commission + Minimum Guarantee Revenue (MGR).

B.      GSA, no commission, all-in net rate + Minimum Guarantee Revenue

C.      CSA (with other agents to sale our flights together).

If you choose to be GSA, please offer Minimum Guarantee Revenue (MGR) in USD per flight which you’re interested in (rates published by HNA Cargo).

Note:

A.     This minimum revenue guarantee is calculated by average revenue per flight based on a whole month, not based on every single running flight.

B.      Whether the flight frequency is increased or decreased, the MGR remains unchanged.

C.      The MGR includes both revenue from direct and transit cargo.

D.     If there are new routes in the sales territory, the Minimum Guarantee Revenue will be negotiated separately and signed in the form of formal letter.

Restrictions

Commercial dangerous goods cannot be transported, including dry ice and lithium batteries.

As for temperature control goods, AVI, etc., there are some restrictions. If there are needs to be transported for such goods, GSA/CSA must communicate with us and obtain our confirmation in advance.

For fruit and sea goods, there are some requirements of the packaging. Please kindly pay attention to this.

Other types of goods can be transported if they comply with airline’s Cargo Transportation Manual. The manual will be made available after cooperation.

Transit

A.      For PEK, we can transit to other destinations in China by truck and by flight.

To TSN/DLC/TAO/PVG/CSX, etc. by truck.

To PVG/CKG/KMG/XIY/HAK/TFU/HGH/SZX/CAN, etc. by flight.

B.      For CKG, we can transit to other destinations in China by truck and by flight.

To TSN/CTU/WUH/PVG/CSX, etc. by truck.

To PVG/PEK/TAO/HAK/XMN/HGH/SZX/CAN, etc. by flight.

C.      For CSX, we can transit to other destinations in China by truck and by flight.

To CAN/HGH/WUH/PVG/CGO, etc. by truck.

To PVG/NGB/KMG/XIY/HAK/PEK/HGH/XMN, etc. by flight.

It is necessary to consult and communicate with our booking personnel in advance if there are transfer shipments booking, once transfer is resuming.

Please kindly provide the information and documents that mentioned above, and send to the email address of HNA Cargo ([email protected]) before 8:00 am September 20, 2023 Beijing time.

You need to submit the proposal within the specified time limit. If it’s overdue, it will be regarded as an invalid proposal.
