Bidding Notice For BSA About Suparna Airlines Return Flights

 

Dear customer and agency:

Thank you for your trust and support in Suparna Airlines. In order to further balance the supply and demand relationship of air cargo and assist in efficient international trade transportation, Suparna Airlines plans to carry out BSA business for 747 import flights in 2024 and issue a bidding notice. The specific details are as follows:

1.Term of Agreement

June 17, 2024 to June 16, 2025

2.Route

1.AMS（Including but not limited to other cities in Europe）-NKG/PVG

2.ORD（Including but not limited to other cities in America）-NKG/PVG

3.Schedule and frequency

There are 3 flights per week, and any excess flights will not be counted towards the assessment.

4.Bidding allocation and price

（1）Fixed price of BSA: Each flight shall not exceed 5 tons.

（2）Bidding price: The bidding price is based on a fixed rate of BSA, with a minimum unit of 0.05 euros（or dollars） per kilogram for this bidding. If the bidding price is lower than the reserve price, the customer's bid is invalid. If the price is higher than the reserve price, the customer will bid and be shortlisted. Further negotiations will be conducted based on the situation regarding the shortlisted bidders.

5.Fuel linkage

Based on the benchmark fuel price at Amsterdam or Chicago Airport in June 2024, if the actual flight execution date oil price increases, the fuel cost needs to be supplemented according to the actual increase price.

6.Deposit and settlement

The settlement method is to settle every half month, and the entire month's freight will be calculated as a deposit for the BSA through cash deposit.

7.Bid deadline

On May 30, 2024 at 24:00 (Beijing time), overdue feedback will be considered invalid.

8.Participation methods

If your company is interested in cooperation, please fill out the "Suparna Airlines 747 Route BSA Cooperation Bidding Quotation Form" and reply it before 24:00 on May 30, 2024 (Beijing time) to email [email protected], overdue replies, and other means of reply are invalid.

9.Bid security deposit

Sending a bidding quotation requires a bid security deposit of 10000 euros（or dollars） to be paid simultaneously. If the quotation is not sent as required, if non bidding company personnel are copied when sending emails, or if the bidding security deposit is not paid, it shall be deemed as invalid bidding. Customers who have paid the bid security deposit but have not won the bid will receive a full refund of the bid security deposit (without interest) in June 2024. If the winning client unilaterally requests to withdraw the bid before the agreement is signed, the bid security deposit will not be refunded.

10.Notification of bidding results and signing time of agreement

Notify the winning bid result before June 04, 2024, and complete the signing of the agreement between both parties and the payment of the BSA deposit before June 14, 2024.

Suparna Airlines does not accept any inquiries from participating bidding units regarding prices or other information from other participants.
