Information for Cooperation

HNA Cargo is planning to operate passenger flight PEK=TIJ=MEX. If you are interested in cooperating with us and would
like to be our GSA in Mexico, please kindly see the information you may need as below, and also please
provide your relevant
documents to us.

Estimated Available Payload: about 8 tons.
The actual available payload shall be based on
the actual flight.
Quotation
Please offer Minimum Guarantee Revenue (MGR) per flight with commission
by USD (rate based on your market selling).
Note:
A. This minimum
revenue guarantee is calculated by average revenue per flight based on a whole month, not based on
every single running flight.
B. Whether the
flight frequency is increased or decreased, the MGR remains unchanged.
C. The MGR includes
both revenue from direct and transit cargo.
D. If there are new
routes in the sales territory, the Minimum Guarantee Revenue will be negotiated
separately and signed in the form of formal letter.
E. The commission
is granted when the MGR is reached.
Transit
For PEK, we can
transit to other destinations in China by truck and by flight.
To TSN/TAO/XIY/DLC,
etc. by truck.
To SZX/CGO/CAN/PVG/PKX/XIY/XMN/SZX/HAK, etc. by
flight.

Please make sure to provide the following information as detailed as
possible, which is an important basis for our evaluation and selection.
Meanwhile, based on the principle of honest cooperation, please ensure the
accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents provided.

companies have cooperated with HNA in the past. If yes, please list the
company name, cooperation time, cooperation scope and other information.

have experience as a GSA of other airlines or charter business. If yes,
please list all airlines, routes, time and other information.

4. Does the
cooperating forwarder include the top ten local enterprises? List the names
of all Global forwarders and local forwarders cooperating.

tonnage you have carried in the past four years from the sales area (Mexico) to CHINA.

9. What’s the
main goods? Is there a fixed source for stable weekly shipment (fresh fruits,
clothing, duty-free goods, mail, e-commerce, general goods, etc.)？

B.
IATA certificate, other GSA/CSA qualification
applicable to the requirements of the country where you are located, DGR
certificates of two staffs at least, Certificate
of Job Training Related to Air Cargo Transport, and other relevant
qualification certificates.
C.
Copy of the company business license.
D.
Fill in the CSA COMPANY INFORMATION (see
attachment in email).
Restrictions
Commercial dangerous
goods cannot be transported, including dry ice and lithium
batteries.
As for
temperature control goods, AVI, etc., there are some restrictions. If there are
needs to be transported for such goods, CSA must communicate with us and obtain
our confirmation in advance.
For fruit
and sea goods, the requirement of the packaging is strictly. Please pay
attention to this.
Other types
of goods can be transported if they comply
with airline’s Cargo Transportation Manual. The manual will be made available
after cooperation.
Bidding Deadline and Contact Information
Please kindly
provide the information and documents that mentioned above,
and must send to the email address
of HNA Cargo ([email protected]) before 8:00
a.m. January 17, 2024, Beijing time.
You need to submit the proposal to the specified email address within
the specified time limit. If it’s overdue, it will be regarded as an invalid proposal.
